Story
Vlad is a rich and lonely man who lives a big castle in Robatia, people believe he's descendant from Vlad III Dracula. Slash fights him in his demonic castle tower.
Personality
Vlad is haughty and merciless.
Powers
Vlad has a cave-like sleeve that launchs lots of bats. He can attack and fly using the Desmodus Legion.
