Steve - Apparently Born in September, 20, 1968

Steve is the one who knows the mysterious origin of the Previous Matrix and used it to created QueenMic by Billy's side in 1986. In the same year, he betrayed him, and took with him the Energy Matrix to create Hansel, a criminal organization. Steve is very exagerated and a little flamboyant. He has a group of Elite Members in Hansel, called the Elite Ophans. He was defeated by Billy in 1986 and came back in 1994 when Hansel murdered Billy's family and kidnapped her nieces, Halison and Gospel. When April and Juni, QueenMic sent agent were about to rescue the girls, he sent Idless to transform into Steve and fight them. They thought that the real Steve was dead and the leader of Hansel was Idless all the time. Steve kept Gospel with him and made everyone believe she was dead. He created the Heavenly Trinity, along with Idless and Gospel and raised the girl as the world's greatest hacker. He disappeared in 1999 and came back in 2012 as the Rebel Princess, wanting to destroy QueenMic as always and also to punish Gospel who betrayed him.
