Raine is one of Monepoly two elite executive. Her bast in rain-themed and when she uses it her black hair turn blue. She is easily recognized by her gloomy appearance.

Story

Raine is a member of the Monel family and is Marcy's sister. She learned a lot about management since he was 14 and was revealed a true genius. She acts as a Monepoly executive but is very unhappy with the greedy environment that surrounds her. All she wanted was a simplier life and love above money.
