Suley is one of the 6 Monepoly Basters that Slash must fight and absorb a sample of his Matrix to use as a key to the Capricorn Temple. Suley's bast has the power of the Wave Matrix.

Story

Suley is a poor guy who was invite by his uncle Geo to work for Monepoly. It's was the only way she could help her beach village to survive. Suley fights Slash in a beach of the BagIsland coast.

Personality

Suley is popular in his village and he acts their surfer hero and example. He's very helpful and only works for Monepoly 'cause he needs the money to help his village.

Powers

Suley can surf with his feet when he uses his bast. His blades can be used to slash the water and create Mighty Waves.
